Taipei is named by 91 of those 114 creators, and night markets by 78. Bubble tea follows at 43, stinky tofu at 28, beef noodle at 26 and oyster omelette at 19. Four separate dishes clearing twenty creators is unusual; most destinations in this corpus have one.

Not claimed, because both sit below the floor: Tainan appears for five creators and pineapple cake for three. Tainan’s absence is the more interesting one, given how often it is described as the country’s food capital by people who live there.
